Please send your DMCA takedown notice to support@techreeel.in with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request". We aim to review and respond to all valid requests within a reasonable timeframe.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that content you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice should include your contact information, identification of the removed content and its previous location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed in error.
Repeat Infringers
Tech Reeel reserves the right to remove content and, where appropriate, to restrict or terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
Good Faith
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. We encourage you to consult a lawyer before filing a notice or counter-notice if you are unsure of your rights.
